You complete and submit our Listing Update Notifier so that we understand exactly what it is you're looking for. We will only send listings that meet the criteria you provide. We submit your criteria in the MLS computer, we will then send you a copy by email (this service is also available by fax or phone, on request). You peruse the details of the listing, look at it's photo, even do a drive by if you'd like. You decide if you'd like to view the listing that we've sent you. If so, you notify us by e-mail or phone and we make the necessary arrangements to view the home at a time that's convenient for you.
