what it is you're looking for. We will only send listings that
meet the criteria you provide.
- We submit
your criteria in the MLS computer, we will then send you a copy
by email (this service is also available by fax or phone, on request).
- You peruse
the details of the listing, look at it's photo, even do a drive
by if you'd like.
- You decide
if you'd like to view the listing that we've sent you.
- If so, you
notify us by e-mail or phone and we make the necessary arrangements
to view the home at a time that's convenient for you.
